At Picante Soldier Hot Sauce, we back our bottles like a loyal platoon backs its captain. We genuinely believe you’ll love your sauce - but if it’s not your flavour mission, we’ll make it right.

Returns (15 Days)

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item price (excluding original shipping costs).

Return Conditions

To keep things fair (and hygienic), returns must meet these conditions:

  • Returned within 15 days of purchase

  • In original packaging (or as close as humanly possible)

  • In the same condition you received it

  • At least 80% full (we love you, but we can’t refund a bottle that fought bravely and lost the whole war)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at picantesoldier@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return (no stress - “too spicy” is a valid reason)

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send it back.

  3. Send the product back so it arrives within the 15-day window.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (banks move slower than a person eating extra-hot wings)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, damaged/defective product, etc.).

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service — we want your sauce to make it home safely.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something’s missing, contact us ASAP at picantesoldier@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • Photos (if damaged)

We’ll sort it quickly — no drama, no spicy negotiations required.

Lost Orders & Address Errors

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before confirming.

  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries are not eligible for a refund.
