Dispatch Time

We pack and ship orders within 1 business day (because nobody should have to wait long for reinforcements).

Shipping Timeframes (Australia)

We use a range of courier services for domestic deliveries across Australia. Most deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
During peak periods (sales, public holidays, “everyone suddenly needs sauce” season), delivery may take a little longer - couriers get busy and we can’t spicy-talk them into speeding up.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us at picantesoldier@gmail.com with your address and we’ll provide a tailored shipping quote.

Delivery Notes (Important Stuff, No Fluff)

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout (wrong address = your sauce goes on an unexpected adventure).

• Once your order leaves our hands, delivery time is controlled by the courier network. We’ll always help track it, but we can’t physically chase the van.

At Picante Soldier, we’re about bold flavour - not unnecessary waste. Where we can we reuse shipping boxes to reduce packaging waste.
Your parcel might arrive in a box that’s seen a few battles before, but your sauce inside will be fresh, safe, and ready for duty.
